High in the Colombian Cordillera, at elevations ranging from 1,800 to 2,100 meters, the Castillo and Caturra varieties thrive in their natural environment. The cherries are naturally dried on raised beds, developing rare tropical flavors where high sweetness is balanced by notes of apple and fig, with a full body that completes the experience.
