It is produced from the 74110 and 74158 coffee varieties. The coffee undergoes a natural processing method, beginning with the flotation and sorting of the coffee cherries in water tanks to remove defects. The selected cherries are then dried on raised beds for approximately 28 days, depending on weather conditions.
