Tasting notes
Floral – Caramel – Orange Peel – Black Tea
The cherries are carefully handpicked and processed using the traditional natural method, where whole cherries are dried on raised beds under the sun. This slow drying intensifies the sugars within the bean and brings out complex, aromatic flavors that set this coffee apart. Chako takes you on a refined and elegant journey, starting with floral aromas, unfolding into caramel sweetness, accented by a hint of orange peel, and finishing with delicate notes of black tea. All wrapped in a light, balanced body that beautifully blends softness with complexity.
