Processed with a 192-hour anaerobic natural fermentation, where coffee cherries are fermented in sealed containers using a unique blend of fungi and bacteria to control the fermentation process. Afterward, the cherries are sun-dried on African beds for 30 to 35 days, then left to rest in storage for 60 days to balance moisture, enhance color, and improve quality before preparing for export.
