Las Flores

In the heart of the beautiful Apaneca mountain range in El Salvador, lies Finca Las Flores, owned by Thelma de Gutiérrez, a third-generation coffee producer. 60% of the farm is covered by shade trees, providing an ideal environment for slow maturation of the coffee, which helps develop its unique flavor. Coffee varieties such as Sarchimor, Catuai, and Pacas are grown at an altitude of 1100 meters above sea level, ensuring optimal conditions for maturation and the best quality beans.
