The journey of "La Balsa" begins from the moment Bourbon beans are carefully harvested, then processed using the dry processing method. This technique preserves and enhances the natural flavors, creating a fruity blend that reflects the richness of the local nature. The coffee features vibrant cherry notes, balanced with natural sweetness reminiscent of vanilla, along with hints of cocoa that add a deep richness to its body
