This is a beautiful natural processed coffee that our coffee partners in Tolima have produced. These associations are composed of approximately 175 coffee-farming families. Since 2019 we have provided technical assistance to farmers on natural processing and most of the growers we work with now process at least a 80% of their coffee as natural. Tolima department is characterized by its high mountains, fresh weather, and volcanic soil, making it perfect for cultivating exceptional coffee. The Tolima region is one of the most productive coffee-growing areas and has always been represented in the Cup of Excellence, organized by the Colombian Coffee Federation.

Our quality control team meticulously monitors the drying process four times daily, ensuring even exposure and optimal moisture levels. This traditional method helps develop the unique character and rich aroma that defines our sun-dried coffee.
