Cocora
On the slopes of Colombia’s Tolima mountains, at an altitude of 1,400 meters, Cocora coffee grows from the Caturra variety in an ideal environment that balances rich nature with generations of agricultural expertise. The cherries are carefully handpicked at peak ripeness and undergo the honey process, where part of the mucilage is left on the bean during drying.
