The Botero crop boasts a unique taste that transports you to a world of rich flavors. For this unique and innovative process, producer Wilson Carreño introduced his coffee into fermentation tanks, where it underwent maceration with pineapple and passion fruit for 5 days, with manual stirring twice daily. The process concluded with drying the coffee for 25 days on raised beds.
