Tasting notes
Fruity – Plum – Blackberry – Chocolate – Full Body
This coffee comes from the Caturra and Catuai varieties and is processed using the natural (dry) method, where whole cherries are sun-dried on raised beds. This technique allows sugars and flavors to concentrate within the bean, resulting in a bold and complex cup. Tarrazú offers a unique tasting experience, with bright fruity notes harmonizing with plum and blackberry, finishing with a warm chocolatey touch and a full-bodied texture that enriches the senses and gives every sip unforgettable depth.
