At our coffee bean company, we are committed to delivering the highest quality standards in every bean we supply

We believe that quality begins at the source, which is why we adhere to a precise and comprehensive policy for testing coffee quality, ensuring that every product aligns with our customers' expectations.Our quality team follows several practical steps for evaluation, beginning when a purchase sample arrives from the supplier.

We conduct an initial inspection, followed by measuring the coffee’s moisture content and density, as these steps are essential in assessing quality.

We then proceed to evaluate the moisture and density standards.

If the moisture or density levels exceed or fall below acceptable thresholds, this is considered a negative point in the coffee’s quality, and these points are meticulously documented to ensure transparency with ourselves first and then with the customer.

Once the sample passes the preliminary tests, it moves on to the roasting stage, as roasting significantly impacts the flavor and sensory characteristics of the coffee.

After 24 hours from roasting, we conduct a cupping test, which allows us to evaluate the initial flavor notes and overall profile of the coffee.

We analyze its general character, including flavor, aroma, and mouthfeel, as this test helps us understand the coffee’s fundamental qualities.

Five days post-roasting, we perform another tasting to provide a final quality assessment.

At this stage, we test how the coffee's profile responds and changes during the first week and analyze its overall character.

This journey through our evaluation and quality assurance process for the purchase sample concludes with a final judgment based on the coffee's general profile and cleanliness.

We carefully assess each coffee bean to ensure it meets the high standards we aspire to.

Our quality evaluation journey continues, as we randomly select three samples upon product arrival and reassess them using the same method by our quality evaluators.
